One of my most curious Tuo Tasting reviews ever! La Vieille Ferme Côtes du Ventoux from 2002 & 2016
I discovered this 21 year old bottle of Rhône red for £5 on a shelf in a seaside resort corner shop about five years ago
Any good?

Introducing single varietal Rhône red Port des Prince Grenache 15%
Well, I wasn’t expecting this! First, it’s unusual to discover a single varietal Rhône wine as the South is predominantly famed for its huge GSM blends of Grenache, Syrah, Mouverdre with the most renowned being Chateauneuf du Pape
So how does this Grenache come across? A mighty tannic beast? Or a delicate strawberry pink red with floral charcter? I was surprised! You may be, too!
